Thanks Dan, haven't seen much nothing from you in awhile, hope you are still in this hobby and everything is fine.
The motor seems to be pretty similar to the ones you send me back with my Kleskun Hill entries, little shorter so it's easier to build sidewinder chassis.

Hi Aki
Yes I have taken a bit of a break from building cars, and am posting much less. I have a couple of Indycars on the bench to finish in 143, and have a 132 Karman Ghia partially completed. Between the Grand Kids being sick with viruses, and myself included with them, it seems like a winter from hell. Lost a bit of my MoJo.

Great build Aki, I look forward to driving it!
Yes, it is good to see you on here Dan, I get like that most winters!
Regards, Lloyd.

Re. motors
Yes I have a bunch of those as well. I am experiencing a high failure rate with them though running 10 volts or over. So keep the voltage low as they don’t seem to handle excess voltage well.

very nice work on the Alpine, Aki!
you are using stub axles in the front? how do they work?
that little motor is getting the car moving? i ´ve seen those quite some while ago, but never tried one for myself ... still lying in the box (along with way too much other parts ..)
nice paint and decals, too! like those drivers!
