This ASCW Guy!!

Who does this ASCW guy think he is? I just got an email from him with his "Summer Phone Hours"? Excuse me? The guy moves to Florida and starts thinking HEs retired! He's going to be answering his phone 2-3 hours a day? I've spent too much money there if he can be there for a few hours then go galavanting off to volunteer at a car museum and enjoy himself!! OK 2 days hes open 6 hours, but what happened to Saturday? Huh? And what if I want to watch Judge Joe Brown in bed and don't get up until noon some days? 3 days he closes at 12!! 3 hours!! What if I have a really important question like when are there going to be more new cars? This is pitiful. I called and complained, he said I could email? That's a lot of work, I'm retired. Retired Army guys, very day is a Holiday!!

Very few calls come in during the day, so I cut back those hours. A lot of email orders and other requests come in and get answered.
I am US Army retired, I do have other sources of income (no "day job" since 2005) and Bill is a friend (I use to think close!) but have a company, ASCW, that lives by it's motto. "Fast Products, Fast Service".
As far as volunteering at the Collier Automotive Museum, that I do. And you would too, if it meant 2-4 hours a week helping maintain records and cars dating from 1890 to 1995, including the entire Cunningham collection, Dan Gurney's 1967 Spa winning Eagle, and a lot of Le Mans winners, like Ford GT's, Porsche's, Ferrari's, etc. What an honor! :dance:

I just had to jump in here. :D
The museum is open only for special group tours since 1996. To many requirements to keep it open for everyone. Can you say government regs and insurance company requirements?

We will be moving to a bigger place in May, so a bigger track and office! Chuck stumbled on to a really neat place, and the owners where we are at couldn't handle living in the North, so wanted to come back here. We tried to tell 'em!

Here's the Bulletin (Corrected) if you didn't get it!

We have new hours for Summer starting today, 21 March. (I know, it's the
1st day of Spring but we want to get things organized.)
Telephone Hours:
Monday: 0900-1500
Tuesday: 0900-1500
Wednesday: 0900-1500
Thursday: 0900-1300 (Not 1060!) :D
Friday: 0900-1500
Saturday: No Phone but email and shipping from 0900-1300
Sunday: Closed
We will have email open 24-7, but it will be monitored during the above hours,
and sporadically afterward.
