Love the chassis. I have an Imp and dont know what to do with it so i cant wait to see yours finished

Very nice!
Looks like a micro scalextric chassis fixed on your own brass plate (for low down weight,I guess?).
Where did the wheels come from?

David, it is exactly as you say, a Micro Scalex chassis set into a brass plate, with brass tube front axle mount and Dslot guide. The brass does help the traction.
Wheels are from the Corgi Vanguards Imp that I moulded from, as will be the windows. Rear tyres are still to be narrowed and are from the HO car as well.
Motor is a turbo bought in bulk from Ebay.
