ARTIN wireless super loop express.

[ This week I bought a ARTIN wireless super loop express. It set me back 50 bucks. I got it at At K MART. It has a continuous 8 volts of power running to the track.The cars are control with a Infra red transmitter looks like ray gun a trigger It runs good The draw back is they don't have big enough track the cars a detailed and run fast. I think that they did a out standing job on this track Its a hoot to run

wheels are a little to big on the Porsche, but the old body still looks good!

The infrared receivers are in the cars or inside the track power piece?

So her's where I'm at with ARTIN I took it out box just set up and then I gave it test run with no loops (( I DON'T LIKE LOOPS)) The cars stay on track real well. After I played with it for awhile. I then I took it to my shop to give it real good looking over if going talk don't think it is a good idle to no the product inside and out. So far I like what I see. The first thing is the wheel.they have nice rims a clean look wide rubber tires on back thins rubber on front. The body is well detailed .on top of car's chassis set the receiver this get its power from the track Lots of possible Ideals I think the car need a fine tuning 2.The track's wall-port 8. 4 VOLTSI running into plug a black and red wire run to both lanes. The controller looks like array gun it takes 3 triple A batteries to run it you point and pull the trigger and the car the goes I found one flaw the nose of gun is suppose to light up when you pull the trigger I ran this car on my Carrera track it ran real good

so, the electronics are inside the car, just like a digital car.
I don´t think that the nose of the controller should light up, this is the Infrared diode that sends out the control impulses to the car! No light, just IR.

Good to see; I was wondering about this set and whether the remote could be hooked up to my track? I could not find a Kmart by me! Typical Artin they screwed this up by putting the remote in the cars!!! If they had put it in the track interface, you could move it from one track to another and use a variety of cars??? Oh well, Mike saved me some money!!
