Do any of you guys make modern driver heads? I have drivers but I'd hate to lop their heads off if I can just get heads. :naughty: I found some nice printable interiors in one of my folders that have drivers in them. I've got some nice dNano/shapeways/DSlot43 cars coming that they'll look nice in.

Used to get drivers from R-D, but since he stopped the resin business, only Carsten Golletz is a source, I believe. Maybe Datto has some.

Bill, send me some pics of the kind of heads/helmets you want. I'm working on some heads now.

I have some of their standing 60s drivers and they are of very nice quality.

Actually Bill, I use the tinted glass and you can see the drivers as well as you can in a 1:1 car. They tint there windows also.
Denzien miniatures are great but I would like to se Datto do them. I like USA stuff!

They look real nice.
Is the metal that heavy that it would throw the car "off"?

Talking as an wood track guy, i would not want a metall driver figure, as it is mounted really high. And it is mounted only on one side, too.
Best solution would be vac-formed interior with resin driver head ...
