Interest in a Proxy Drag Race??

Just checking to see if any one would be interested in this ol' Idea.For those that remember we had one some years ago.



We would be running 1/43 cars on an Artin 1/32 strip.Not running on wood due to some wanting to run mags..
Powered by adjustable power system.We Will have plenty of power..
Using the slot car dragon timing system.
Thinking we would have 2 classes to keep it simple..
:auto-layrubber: Pro Stock---Artin,fast lane, SCX, Carrera,D-slot..Stock chassis(can be extended),gears,motor,any body ,any wheel and tire set up.Mag,or no mag,up to you.
Just for your info,all cars shown above would be in the Pro-stock.All stock except for the wheels,tires and bodies.
:auto-layrubber: Top Fuel,any thing goes.

Looking at an October race date.
Winners in each will get a NEW car..Kinda sounds like a game show host ;)

No fees,but ,what ever it takes to ship your car to us,you need to include that with your car for return shipping.Guessing around $4-5 bucks for US shipping.

Great deal guys!!
The artin Rails are raised just a bit over the track.
If ya'll want to do this thing,we will!
Trying to keep it so any one can enter on the pro stock.

But,,,,you can also build any thing you want for the Top Fuel.
I know some folks are doing a lot of diecast cars.
If there is enough interest,we could have a race for them.Call it the heavyweights.

Yep,I need to check out Sides bodies again.Seems like I do remember a fellow kinda whooping your ,well,lets just say he beat ya Hoos :violence-stickwhack: I'm in contact with Dana,just waiting to hear back form him on some of the top rail bodies..Nerf,man glad to hear your joining the Fun!!You've got some nice builds there!
