I have removed tampo on a couple cars, but not the Legends cars; Here's what has worked for me in the past in order of desireability

1ST - Tape, YES Tape! A good sticky masking tape, stick it to the tampo, burnish it in real good with your fingernail and the pull it off!!, Be patient it might take 8+ Pulls to see any measureable result. If after 8 good pulls you don't notice any difference, then go to option #2 If you have noticed some paint coming off then stay with it!! It's a momentum thing once it starts coming off it should start coming off quicker!

2nd - Sounds as unlikely as the tape thing, but I have had really good luck with just using my thumbnail the scrape it off!! No instructions required I think! :teasing-blah:

Lastly, 92%+ Iso Alcohol - DON't Soak it!! Get a paper towel and wet it then just drap it over the area you are working on and try to rub off some paint every few minutes. If you soak it you run the risk of removing ALL the paint! Actually, I have to back track a little cause I did totally strip one of these & repaint it and I used the alcohol method, but it may be a bit too aggressive for just removing the Tampo printing.

Like the rubbing alky. Also, while doing this a little wine helps the process. Internally applied to slot car addict, of course!

Scrubbing with 92% will do it but it's going to take the paint too so be ready to spray it. Here are my conversions/creations. All have SCX NASCAR chassis:
