The Toys R Us store in Bangor (Maine) had Fast Lane cars in 2 packs for under $10, which is a great value for budget racers. Then I thought about tuning them with new wheels, axles, etc., which was nuts. They are what the are, and to be honest are more reliable than the Model Motoring and Strombecker stuff I had as a kid.
