WOW! That is a wild looking track! Looks like it would be a lot of fun for "time attack" type racing! :D
Thank you for sharing the pics!

That's what the proxy will be Todd, against the clock. Why not give it a go?

Great pictures of your track, Lloyd!
Looking forward to hear more of your progress!
How deep is your slot?
i found that the guide in my red Mini is too deep for carrera track!

Hello Peter, all standard guides work ok, but your mini did get stuck in places. I will measure the depth and let you know. The mini was ok on my Carrera GO track though.

The way it is looking so far Chuck, is that a stock Carrera GO rally car has as much chance as anything else on this track. I am watching a GO Fiesta at the moment on ebay, with the view of using it as a test car.

Could you test your Torino on the Monte? Could it make the turns?
I got a Torino built, ready to race! And a 206 with lights and SlideGuide plus a fitting Subaru, also lighted. They would look great on the Monte...

I originally used the Torino when I built the track, but, although I have seen a photo of a Torino on the Rallye Monte Carlo Historique, I have not yet seen proof of one on the actual rallye Monte Carlo! I have no problem with one entering, but I suspect that the best stage times will be made by smaller cars!
As I have said, I will try various cars soon, and will post my findings.
Regards, lloyd.

I will be doing a video soon Todd.
I am thinking that a stock Carrera GO or Artin may be the way to go on this track. I am waiting for both of those to arrive to try them out.
Regards, Lloyd.
