Hi all

Been lurking for a fair while and I am getting close to taking the plunge and setting up a semi-permanent track.

Due to the limited sapce for track and racers I am leaning towards a rally track. I wanted to get as much race as possbile in the space that I have and after a bit of mucking around with a track editor I have come up with the track below. The track loops around on itself a number of times with the 1 car covering all of the circuit on both lanes. The start/finish will be the chicane section on the bottom right of the track as the car will only pass this way on each lane only once per total lap.

I am also toying with doing a street chase theme based on the same track and using D143 to allow 1-2 jam cars or 1-2 extra racers squeezed in (there is space for 1 x lane change).

Sounds like you have a plan for some fun. Good to see new tracks coming in this scale.

your layout idea looks great! many possibilities for some good racing inside there.
