Posted: Fri Jan 30, 2015 2:48 pmPreiser makes some (not super expensive) 1/43 figures are also available in bulk off epay (CHEAP) O-scale train figures are very easy to get and the scale (1/48ish is more then OK, because they tend to be slightly oversize anyway. (look for Bachman, k-line or Model Power brands)

E-Bay is a good source for spectators. $12 for 50 unpainted a few years ago.
As Mas said Immense Miniature has a selection of very detailed drivers. Worth every penny. This picture does not do justice to the details.

Most of my figures are cast from pewter, too. Not my idea, but excellent. Saves resin, is really durable, easy to work on.
And since pewter is a bit heavier they stand better ;)
