I looked at that kit but chose a 67. Looking forward to seeing what you do with it.

I have built that car on an H&R chassis a few years back , it runs great.
I made mine into a modified. One thing i did was to add some strength by way of wire on the front pillars. Very similar to the article Harry posted for body strengthening.
That was the only weak point i found.

Thanks for the tip Chappy, I'll have to find the video and give it a watch. It's also good to know the car has ran well on that chassis.

Oh yea! A great choice for a build. I did the 69 T/A Pontiac that is similar in size. it works pretty good on the H&R chassis. Looking forward to seeing the finished product!

I hope to get it built in time for the proxy. I know Bob can knock these out in a day but It’s been a little while since I’ve built a model and I can be kinda anal (which slows me down). Haha
