Nice work! Can you provide more details about breaking the bridge up into 16 prints? For example, "where" did you divide it into 16 separate prints - your design software or your slicer software or ???

Thanks all....but all I had to do was print it.
All of the files are up on Thingiverse. I can find a link later, but if you search "Dunlop" or "slotcar" you will be able to find it and download the files. I just loaded them into Simplify3D and printed.

My printer is small enough that I had to print the flat pieces one at a time. The foot path and steps I printed both pieces in one session. The tire pieces I did two at a time but that was pretty marginal....I would suggest one at a time unless you have a larger bed.

Thanks for the info Paul. This is all foreign to me, but I do want to learn how it works and what it can do. I'm looking forward to the time when I can make something and send it to somebody to scan and they can print a couple pieces at a fairly cheap price. Like a lot of technology that day may not be far away. Tech moves fast.

The scanning tech is here now.... that's just harder to do at home. You can build a home scanner but it takes a commercial unit to be good. But there is definitely a use for vintage parts (Lola GT front valance, etc). Intake stacks etc are easy now. Bodies are more complicated.....
