I placed an order with Immense Miniatures. Just waiting on the total. This was Tuesday, so I hope to hear something soon.

Hi, guys! My day job of making bear suits and fake animals seems to be picking up, so the miniature figure output has slowed. :(

1/24 figures are limited, but have not been dropped (Probably my poor communications skills there). Some work has been done on Denise McCluggage. Heidi sculpted the figure and it has been scanned, but still needs to do the portrait head.

In 1/24 I currently have:
A 60s driver bust with a Bell Star type helmet.
Tazio Nuvolari Bust
Graham Hill full figure with 3 heads (Bare- head, Helmet, Helmet & Goggles)
The lower portion of the G. Hill figure can be used with the 60s driver if you need a full figure

Available soon: Alfred Neubauer standing figure.

I'm always interested to know what people are looking for. :)

Thank you... Yay. Denise is under way. Yay.

Now if we could just convince people to stop ordering mascot suits for awhile we'd get some more decent figures. :)

A note on 1/24 vs 1/25 scale (and who the hell came up with 1/25, anyway!?!?!?)

A 6 footer in 1/24 scale easures 3 inches. a 6 footer in 1/25 measures 2.88 inches. Well within human size variation. BUT... it seems people are lazy and automatically make people 6 feet tall. a 5'10" figure falls neatly in-between to make a reasomnable sized individual at either scale. Most drivers were not huge, Dan Gurney and Tiny Lund being exceptions. :)

i have built a lot of 1/24th scale harbodies... using the multi nut and bolts chassies
being a stupid enthusiast.. i usually buy kits which comes with the driver figures .. and use the figures fo the said car i am building...
how stupid is that ???
i even went to the tamiya distributor locally just to purchase a coupleo f drivers which they use for the rally kits....

but then again when you go racing the people use a flat lexan interiors for their cars ... it puts you off...
