Looks like commercial track Parma and JK? Flexi cars 1/24 scale. Parma basic controller and a Parma Turbo controller Parma Gear puller and assorted gears.

The cars are two versions of the Parma Flexi chassis, in 1/24th. The controllers also appear to be old Parme rheostat
type controllers. Neither are particularly collectable right now.

I'm still wondering about the reason for the question. Does he own them and want to sell them or is someone trying to sell them to him. If the first is true all I can say is good luck. If the second is true, unless you are a slot car history freak, walk away and save your money. They look like 1/24th scale cars to me anyway.
