Hi Lenny,

No its a hard body Alan. Its an old Tamiya slot car body from the 70s?? Its a re-release. The detailing is way down on what you would normally get in a Tamiya static kit as it was originally released as a slot body only. Suits me though as all the finer details would be broken off after the first big off.

I ran my winning car from last year last week just to see what it was like. Man it was running horrible. Dont know why? Im testing this one this Friday. Cross fingers it runs OK.

No pics of the car yet (forgot my camera) but the little U2L Porsche came home a winner in the LeMan enduro. Coulndt quite match the speed of my former team mate Steve's Chaparral in the first bracket but we just stayed out of trouble all night long. Two fried motors, spun spur gear, lost braid, broken body mounts saw cars drop laps as the night went on.

Thanks to Triggy, Mark and Ian, well done guys, great driving stints, kept out of trouble all night.
