D3D Carrera Motor Adapter

I'm curious to know which motors people are using with the D3D motor adapters.

We've been using the Slot It yellow end bell 25k motor.
That having been said, they can get fairly hot pushing a car that weighs this much, we discovered in out last race.

I'm using the 1/32 scale Carrera motors & on my track they are fine ... J Y D

To answer the volts & time question,
12 volts
6 x 5 minute heats with 90 sec in between.
