Opinions please

Postby waaytoomuchintothis » Sat Oct 03, 2015 4:02 pm

Guys, my current track is just not good for 1/24th or 1/25th cars. I have dozens of unbuilt kits, lots of cars, and a bunch of painted, no-chassis bodies. I've decided to keep only the ones I would use for proxies, and sell the rest.

How should I do this? Obviously, I'd offer them first here on HRW, but I don't think they would all sell just here. I don't want to wind up giving them away, but at the same time, I don't mind selling at a bargain price to prevent having them take up storage space I need. What do you guys think?

List 10 at once. Pick ones you think we would like. Like your own TopTen you would like to see built and enjoyed.

See what happens:-)

I agree with Harry. The kids are always tearing up my cars. I love to shop.

I decided to go all the way, and I have spent the last 5 hours taking pictures of kits, cars, bodies, and RTR's. I'll sort them and name them and they will all come to HRW, but Harry's right. I shouldn't do them all at once. Its too confusing.

I do think I can be nicer than the usual seller in this, just because there are so many. If anybody is looking for something particular in 1/24-1/25, PM me and let me see if I can keep you from missing out on something. I typed up just these items and it took 3 pages. There's a lot of bare chassis and motors, wheels etc, too.

No, the old track is our first and best. I restored it because I really loved our little group and the fun we had. Those who came in and took over our group never ran on this one. Giving up 1/24th-1/25th is no sacrifice. I just want my money back, as much as I can get, anyway.
