I am building the 66-67 Nova in 1\24 and need a little help finding one
anything but Drag cars

I would like to do it in a pony car or a bomber would be cool, thanks for the help

Jon - this is the ONLY one I'd build ;)



The original builders of this car were Neal Wegner and Dan Spiegel in 1966.It is the only Nova to ever compete in the SCCA Trans-American Series. It raced in the July 19, 1970 Road America SCCA Trans-American Championship and the August 16, 1970 Watkins Glen SCCA Trans-American Championship races.

Thats pretty cool! I always wondered why nobody raced the Novas since they're basicly the same underneath as a Camaro.

Here's a Nova I did a couple of years ago - AMT body on an H&R chassis. Obviously a fantasy livery, but it looks pretty good on the track. Just a idea.

you have a drag body there my friend. Kinda tough to make it look like anything else, unless you make a standard wheelbase again.

Here is the late Bill Mortons 66 Nova Late Model. I ran against this car at *The Gap* back then.......Bulls Gap TN. Hope this helps!
