OK. How about an all over fade? From black to white or from yellow to red.

or a pearlised rich orange.

If you can get enough gear on that (maybe an 8 tooth pinion with a 39 tooth spur) - it might be a lot of fun out of the hole, without having insane speed...

Wow thats awesome. That dropped front axle is superb! Now this wheel. Ive often thought about doing something like that to remove the hub on the wheel. I dontunderstand how the wheel stays on the axle though & the wheel is able to spin on the axle? However you did it you are a master craftsman!

No its me Dave. Im challenged sometimes :) Man this is a mind bender. In lamens terms.

* Brass tubing is soldered to axle
* You soldered the brass tubing to the end off the axle with a ball of solder at the end. - This prevents the wheel falling outwards & off the car
* So how does the wheel not fall inwards along the axle - towrads the centre of the car????????????

On mine I just used the solder on retainers the retro racing guys use. Mike Swiss at Chicagoland Slot Raceway has them,
as does Jerry Kulich at JK Products. You can remove the set screws from the wheels and use the hole for oiling.
