2019 TransAm Proxy - the cars are starting to arrive

Arroldn. I have a different way of looking at this. I already made it into the first 10. By the way that is the first 10 arrivals :D It is always a fun event and will be interesting to see how the cars run. No change for me this year, just glue to repair body posts and a pillars. Oh it is fun. I love the competition. Now lets see 2016 Dale 1st place. That year my cars finished 8th and 9th. 2017 Dale 10th. My cars 16th, 20th and 22nd. 2018 round 1 Dale 6th my #89 was 8th. I think I'm getting there. I believe it will be this car that hits the hauler next week. One more surprise to add to it.

Got back from vacation today and there were 9 more cars waiting. Here they are:

That's a total of 21 cars so far; with Arrold, Austin, ALS and radarek scheduled for delivery Monday; so a total off 25 cars. If there are others coming, then let me know ASAP, because we plan to run the qualy this week and the race on Saturday if I can get all of the drivers lined up; if not then Round #1 will be the following weekend because I leave the US on business next Saturday night and don't return until the 28th.

Qualy is set for this Thursday morning; Bob Bianchi from Slot Car Corner is coming down to do that honors, so stay tuned Thursday night for the qualy results.

First race is scheduled for this Saturday morning, although we're still short a driver at this point...………

Now that Javelin still trying to figure that out. Back in the day American Made Crap. But since the Mother Ship bought AMC for the Jeep are we calling it a MOPAR today???? My brother did have 2 of them. One for him and one for his wife. Man that was 40 years ago.
