Registered entrants that do not make the June 30th payment deadline will be moved to a waiting list.

To help ensure there is clarity, I will repeat: Any entrant that ends this season within the top 16 + any returning series champion will be in the field of 24 cars. (assuming they made the payment deadline) If any of the top 16 do not return (e.g. AJK did not enter) then that will allow for more cars from the qualifying group to move up, it will not mean that the car in P17 or anyone else moves up into the top 16.

Hopefully this is clear.
