Carrera Scramble 2019 - Round 4 - Cascades Raceway

The 4th round of the Carrera Scramble has been completed at Cascades Raceway located at the south end of the Puget Sound.

It's been a busy past week or two here in Oregon but I have the details and will get them posted throughout the day.

Comments:
ALS-Stiff, chatters in corners
Arrold N- Good accel, grippy, two wheeled a couple of corners.
Aloha- somewhat slow to accelerate, made up for in top speed
Cj74- haulin the mail
Clem- electrical problems, shorting out
The others run about like I expect a mostly box stock Carrera DTM to run, all about on the same pace as the three I own.

Comments:
Stevee- fast, good amount of grip without tipping
Mitch58- Quick but jumpy, tough to get a feel for
ALS- fast, loud
Arrold N- handles well, slow to accelerate compared to the other class B cars
Doc doom- Quick, chatters in corners, something loose inside car (maybe ballast?)
Aloha- Great speed, one of the fastest, but sliding in corners a bit too much to keep up
WRLW- good speed, slides in corners just a bit
Lance- good speed and handling, great runner
K0Z0oo1- fast but brakes seem lacking, difficult to tame on a short track

Race results and a big thanks to Dan Buchanan and the gang at Cascades Raceway for running this round. Looks like there was some good racing going on!

Man 4th place finishes are killing me :) Congratulations to our podium finishers in both classes. Looks like I'll have some work to do for next season. :think:

Hey there fellers. Was a lot of fun to run these cars. Second time we’ve run the scramble here, hope to do it again next time. Have to throw a car of my own in the mix one of these years.
