I'm not a big fan of the current incarnation of Indy cars, but I can certainly envision a pack of these racing on an HO oval on Memorial Day.

Hmm...appears Indy isn't dead in slot cars after all! Very nice job AW, and I love the fact that they released all of these at once!

Thanks for all the photos Harry, large and clear as always! I haven't been able to play around with any of these yet, hoping to race them this winter with some like minded guys here on the Island. We're probably gonna go with slip on rear silicone tires and run 'em stock for starters. I'm told from talking to attendees at the slot shows that they've been reliable so far, I guess that means that they don't overheat and melt down like the previous version of the Super III chassis tended to do! A little bigger than usual, but they should be fine racing against each other, even on standard sectional tracks. It's supposed to be hard to pass, right? :>)
