Had a great time at Slot Therapist's place today!
He and his wife invited a small group of us over to break in the road course and dust off the oval!
Good friends, good food and good fun - what more can you ask for?!?

Activity started off on the 4-lane road course. It is a TOMY track powered by one of the adjustable 30v - 10amp power supplies discussed recently here on the forum (works VERY nice BTW!)



First class up was stock t-jet!
Driver / Car combos where:
Slot Therapist - white #47 - '57 Chevy
APalmer - white #76 Fairlane
Steve - yellow #2 Corvette
Candis - red Mustang
Mary - white #23 Walking Dead GTO
Myself - green Cougar

After a lot of great door to door action - when the checkered flag dropped - the field sorted out as follows:

Next up - it was Aurora AFX Magna-Traction cars!

When the dust settled, the finishing order fell as follows:

Like that line up. Especially that Jack Smith bowtie.

That #31 Merc is a good one. Nice!

The final class for the road course was RACING RIGS!!!
Can we say "Rubbin' is Racin'?" :D

The final race of the evening was on the fast lanes of oval!
It is had to beat the fun of four wide, door to door, drifting action!

The cars providing the action tonight were the "Fairground Stockers" - to say that these were a highly competitive group of cars that were a riot to run would be an understatement!!! :D
