Ohio Cup 2018 race report!
Posted: Fri May 11, 2018 4:06 amLast weekend, APalmer, Slot Therapist and I all traveled to Columbus, OH for the 11th annual Ohio Cup!
This year's event was the biggest yet - with 74 racers from across the country tackling FOUR tracks!
The format was a 2 minute per lane qualifier on each lane, followed by a brief intermission to rank everyone and then 4 minute mains with half the field running on the first two tracks and the second half of the field running on the second two tracks all using FRAY type t-jet cars!
The race sponsors were very generous, providing multiple door prizes for everyone attending and the hosting club COHORA (Central Ohio HO Racing Association) put on a very tasty buffet that kept us all more than well fed throughout the day's events!

And while none of us were contenders for the podium - we had a blast and definitely plan to participate again next year!
