I've read many posts on FB groups where guys have contacted Auto World about the loose fitting axles, broken wheels, bent axles ect... on their HO cars. Each have had a positive outcome of new items being shipped to them for replacements, sometimes 2 cars to replace 1. Well I can now add to this positive list, I contacted them ( Doug Ridge,Customer Service ,Round 2. LLC.) about my starting track piece christmas tree stopped working on one side. He asked for my address and said he would send one out/ and no need to send the bad one back. Today this arrived 2 day express, at no cost...
