HOCOC Whelen Modified Class
Posted: Mon Sep 23, 2013 9:22 amYesterday was the first race for the new HOCOC Whelen Modified class. The 1:1 cars are mostly run in the Northeast and have also been called SK Modifieds or Featherlite Modifieds. The HOCOC cars are Aurora Magnatraction or JL/AW X-Traction cars with appropriate bodies. The bodies are narrow so the body mounting ears have to be removed from the chassis in most cases.
