I always enjoy seeing your work! Two questions: Would you share the dimensions of the wood that you used for fencing and how you constructed and installed them? The paint on the scenery base appears to be glossy -- is this just sealer before applying flat and ground foam/flocking, or do you prefer a glossy finish?

Dave, you mentioned the Paramount Ranch Track that Bob built back in the 60's. Have any of you guys seen any video or pictures of the Leadmine Raceway that Rich Kazinski built back in the 70's? Rich is the only guy that ever claimed to have followed the mag articles and build the track. He actually did and he made a really nice copy of it. I think the track Bob built was never used and maybe dismantled shortly after it was finished due to him moving. Last time I taked to Rich, I believe he had dismantled his track.
Rich would enjoy seeing the great builds you guys do here, especially all these great looking tracks. I will have to see if my address for him is still good! It's a street address!

I have a binder with the entire year long article printed.. as well as pictures of the leadmine track that was built from it..
I'd love to do the build someday~

Thank you for great information on fence building, Dave! I would not have thought of Modge Podge adhesive and binding clip clamps. Is this a great group, or what?

Now all I need is Tom Sawyer to help organize a fence building session . . .
