Yup you got that right John, Dan is great to deal with.
Its another one of those cases where he provides great customer service on top of the great product.

I sent a question over 2 weeks ago to Daniel... still no reply. Yes, I am a customer and have been using TM for years. I never expected silence... just my $0.02

Like many cottage industry people, he does get behind and admits his email response is sometimes very slow or he misses it entirely.

I just call him if it's that important.

But have not needed to. Both my systems run perfectly. No issues. For my money there is no other system.

I have two complete TM systems, never a problem with either beyond original set up, and that was me. Dan fixed my trouble in no time over the phone. I am about to order another whole system for a project I am working on. :D
They are the very best in my opinion.
