TGIF - Plans?

Kids will be home this weekend, our daughter is on spring break and our son is bringing her home. Should be a fun weekend.
Hopefully I can make some progress on these two projects. The 1/32 is one of StrangeBrew's bodies and I am building a cheap (inexpensive) chassis, including the motor mount. The 1/24th is a kit I picked up from JYD with a FCR chassis, just need to get a guide and a few other bits.

Hope to start work on the Tennessee Moonshine Runners 1/32 off road track.Plan on using old scaley classic type track with jumps,hills and hollers..We will see how it goes..

Making urethane tires, making tires! Oh, and I get a lot of questions on how to strip and paint bodies so I'm working on a video "how to strip and paint cars". While doing this, I'll be making another video on how to true urethane tires. It will be a busy weekend. Have fun everybody.

Besides working both days, planning on continuing to work on my 3 lane routed wood track and getting a post of it up!!

Still plugging the dam with my finger.
Just like spring run off . Sumps working great but the low spots are still wet.
If I get a chance I'll try and organize a work space upstairs . Working on a tv tray just dosent cut it.

This weekend has been all about temporarily wiring the attic so I can set a table up for my track. I've got wood I need to buy, and that's hopefully going to start next week. It's been about a month since I've been able to put car to track, and while there's a lot to do here [just bought and am moving into this house], I am finding moments here and there to get me roughly satisfied. There are a few doors we aren't using, as well as two frames from a king-sized bed that I can use as a temporary tabletop. Should be enough to get my track off the ground for a little racing tomorrow, unless my wife has something else planned for me.
