Thanks Peter, I am trying out those plastic wires. I have several cars running on wheels from diecasts and they seem to last ok. It remains to be seen if they are strong enough. Should be testing it tomorrow, so should know soon.

Hi Aki,
nice projects!
what i would do for the front axle of the Ferrari is to add a brass pipe. there are brass pipes with 3mm outer diameter and 2.4mm inner diameter on the market.
bore out the bearings of the chassis to 3mm and add the pipe for the full length between the bearings.
works great for me.

the color stuck to the masking tape and ripped the color from the roof. when it was ripped partly from the roof, it came off the masking tape.
will try to fix it later today ...

Thanks Aki. The Sunbeam Talbot was a popular rally car in the early 1950s and, as such, would be considered very slow and with poor handling by today's standards. I like my models to reflect this. I have not yet tried it on my Little Monte rally track yet, but it will probably work quite well. I must get some more Immense Miniatures spring body mounts for it.
