Even though I probably won't end up purchasing any of these cars (don't fit my tracks or series), my vote goes for the Monte Carlo. I celebrate the fact Scalextric opted to create a new mold which I see as a bold venture that hopefully will create a new niche in the hobby.
Revell-Monogram and Carrera made vintage (60's) NASCAR-like cars, and several manufacturers produced many more recent COT NASCAR releases. Now we have something to act as a seed for an interim era, mid 80's - 90's. I hope the Montes do well enough to show there would be demand for more cars from this era - Thunderbird, Pontic, Buick, and Oldsmobile. All of these brands finished in the top 15 in NASCAR points in 1986. Even with faux liveries many racers will get to recreate the feel of that era while modelers get to actually recreate the cars that represented the sport at that time.
