I got the cars finished!

But I need to convert some to Scalextric digital and that's never as quick as you would hope...

According to people who know about this kind of thing, I can sell more by getting pairs of cars together. Having one chase-car is good, but two on the track is much better - going slow has never looked cooler 8-)

That's the reason for trying to get the General Lee going, and here's another one that could match up with other cars, a CJ7 Jeep

Got the cars on the track and they drive really well.

After seeing how much the General Lee leans in the curves I changed the springs for harder ones. The police cars keep their soft springs though!

I converted some of the cars to Scalextric Digital, fitting the chip isn't too difficult and the special guide which puts the LED at the front makes things easier, and it means you can slide and roll around corners without missing a lane change!
