Pioneer Camaro Stocker

Postby ListerStormGT » Mon Sep 30, 2013 9:35 pm

Ok so I have been working on this one for a few weeks. I am not one for street cars and the hood on this wasn't going to work to make a T/A car. It was calling out to me though that I had to make it unique in my own way. I had some CB Design 15x11 steelies and once I put them on the car with PG 22126 tires I knew what had to be done. I put CB Design 15x8 steelies on the front with PG 21126 tires then it was time to get the dremel out, I didn't want to trim a lot of the fenders out but just enough to get the stance I wanted, so all I did was trim off the little flared lip of the wheel openings. I trimmed the edge of the chassis all around, trimmed the mounting posts and grinded away some of the interior tub which lowered the car just enough and allowed some body float. The stock interior being a street car had no roll bars and no race driver, so since the chassis and interior tub is the exact same for the Mustang I took a interior from one of those I had and removed the dash and door panels and replaced with the ones from the Camaro interior. Everything other than the tires and wheels are stock. Sponsor logos are just what I had in the box and thanks from a little help from the Wise one I got the numbers. So with all that done this is what it turned out to be. :angelic-red:

Lee, what did you use to get that satin finish? It looks great!

That's a fantasy livery that would sell like the proverbial hotcakes. :)

That is a fantastic upgrade to the car. I love the numbers that you used. They really work well with the stock paint. All of the decals are great choices, but that shade on the numbers along with the SCC wheels make the car jump out.

And like all Pioneer Camaro releases thus far, it's a limited edition. This particular model being an ultra-limited edition of one! You better put it back in the case and never let it see the track...

Yeah I thought about making a few of these and seeing what they might bring in on that evil auction site...lol

Kurt, that is the stock finish on the Stealth version from Pioneer.
