throw those damn wallwarts away and set a 12volt battery there to hook your track up to!,only thing I can figure is you`re pulling alot more amps than the wallwarts have!

Mike from your video's it appears that you know the answer and HH is on the money. You need more amperage. Electrical power is measured in wattage. 1A x 1V =1W . ie 14.8V x 0.35A(350mA) = 5.18W. From appearances that is an SCE Firebox 1 and from the Robert Livingston motor List it requires 6.7-7.5W @12V = 558mA - 625mA . Try combining the walwart wires to a single terminal and that should give you 700mA.

Why don't you just type the motor type instead of 8 minutes of video?
I'm quite good at reading english language but understanding spoken english is much harder.
So, please, can you name that motor?
If it is a fyrebox-1 from ranch-design try an artin wallwart and artin controllers, you got some. Does this gove you the same problem?

I don't know what type of motor this is fire or what http:/I put this blue print on my Carrera track it well not run with the The commercial wal port transformer and track controler that come in the box . I know for a fact that this motor will not run on my until I do some FFF modification To the track I M PUTTING OUT FACTS .to help out others so they don"t make the same >>>>mistake <<< :auto-checkeredflag:

O.K. I am thinking,that mike has already tested the motor and transformer! :teasing-blah:

In my experience it then has to be one of a couple/few things.

The chassis: it's not dragging the bottom is it? That motor may be just close enough to the track that the magnets pull the bottom down and it won't move????
The Wheels/Axles; they could be binding. with a small high speed motor sometimes they don't have enough torque to move the car if there is ANY binding.
The guide: You may have tested the motor, the transformer, etc. but there could be a simple disconnect in the system somewhere?
Lastly sometimes a blown motor will move when there is no load on it, but will not pull a load see if you can easily stop it by holding the shaft!?

One thing to consider Hoos is that this is basically a itty bitty HO motor and if it's needing that kind of power, there is probably something wrong with it!

If Mike has eliminated all the checkpoints I outlined above, then he should Sh*tcan that motor and use a different one!

I run my HO motors at 18-20 volts and they draw up to 2 amps when I accelerate. This is with traction magnets in the cars.
