MODIFIEDS @ SMALL TORQUE

Last night, we had eight racers with 1/24 Reality Racing Modifieds show up at Small Torque Motor Speedway in Valley Stream, Long Island, NY.
So, after showing us all his new (BIG!) Scalextric digital track, Tony had us all come into the basement where the 4 lane, 40 foot 1/24 oval is located.
We decided to run an off season, non points race just for the FUN of it. There were many lap after lap, side by side battles during the race.
After more than 200 laps by all the competitors, there were three cars that finished on the same lap. Lenny's black #88 took the checkered flag.
Everyone had a great time, lots of laughs, and no cars landed on the floor throughout the entire race!
These Modifieds are fun, even though we've got to do some soldering repairs to bumpers and crash bars here and there during the race.
And there's NO shortage of short track bumpin' and bangin' action with these open wheel monsters!
