Although the move has been tough, kind of fun starting fresh sometimes.

The RMS Skunkworks will officially open tomorrow! It's no HRW HQ, but it will do. My dad came over to help me do a little bit of framing and build the work bench. This thing will survive longer than the house. I used pegboard as the previous owner had some around and I re-purposed that and got a few new sheets. I then ran some power to the work bench today. I still have some organizing to do, trim the window and a few minor things to hang, but it is functional.

The big table in the middle is for boxing orders or when I want to stand. The lower shelf has all of my packing supplies and the scenery for the track - which starts being re-assembled tomorrow!

Thanks Dave - I just found another box that needed unpacking - grrr...it never ends!

The rebuilding of the Palmer Divide has commenced!!! Tables are re-assembled. I shortened the far right about a foot and a half and decided not to dog-leg it. I'll re-use a bit of the original track parts there and make a few slight changes.
