DR, you and the "Lt" enjoy yourselves. See if any of the XC-99 parts are outside over by the restoration hangars. The XC-99 was the one-off cargo derivative of the B-36, word was they had brought from Kelly AFB, Tx.
Dave, after the F-4, the KC/EC-135 was the plane I worked on the most. I think they lost some of their "flavor" when they replaced the water injection engines with the CFM-56s.......more efficient and powerful but no longer the loudest USAF aircraft on take off.
