james bond/ trans-am conversion!

Or what to do with a car nobody wants!
Built this today out of the james bond Astin and an old monogram snap fit formula firebird. Pretty good fit with just a little trimming on the chassis sides, popped out the factory inserts and give em a shot of gold,added some exhaust and front spoiler to the chassis, added body posts and that's it! It runs well and keeps up with the other Trans-am cars.ImageImage

Very cool conversion! The wheel treatment is a great touch! :)

Me either Dave!, I just checked the body bin till I found one that fit, Then decided what to do with it. :lol:

:lol: Yea Jeff, That was not my favorite car! , Im sure it will have some sort of collector value some day ,but I am a racer, Now it will get raced!

Nice conversion, but what I really like is the track scenery.
