AC ACE 1959 Le Mans

Trying my hand at building a replica of the 59 AC ace Le mans entry. original car finished 7th in class. It was numbered 29.
Kind of a backwards build? Taking an AC Cobra, and reversing the natural order of history. Its just a start,but heres what I have so far.ImageImageImage

Sweet!! But get the driver out of the passenger seat :lol: Make sure you paint on the fireproof racing striped t-shirt onto the driver. Ouch but they must have either been insanely brave or insanely stupid back in those days. Even a small off meant you were trying to convince St Peter to let you through the pearly gates.
