I had last week on holidays. A wedding on the Saturday then on Sunday a 90 minute drive to the Blue Mountains. Stayed in a beautiful rambling hotel built in 1890, lots of stained glass, 12 foot ornate celings, working elevator installed in 1904, fabulous time. Then off to Bathurst and stayed in a hotel right at the the famous Mount Panorama race circuit. Went to the National Motor Racing Museum and as the track is a public road most of the year we had to do some laps. We left the Miata MX-5 at home but the Hyundai doesn't have the same exhaust note so I had to vocalise the racing sounds and down shifts. Curiously my wife just rolled her eyes.... I mean, I only did 10 laps! Had a wonderful break but woke up with gout :o So while I have to keep my foot up, thought I'd post some stuff.
This was a nice easy one. Swapped the motor for a slower BWA, Ninco wire wheels, Pattos decals and the rest came out of the spares box.
Cheers, Chris.
