strombecker ferrari coupe upgrade

Postby btaylor » Tue Oct 07, 2014 3:48 pm

This one is about to go to the paint shop. But chassis is done and tested.Scaley wires, sebring chassis, slot it gears, and MT-1 Motor.
added the spare tire in the back from an airfix MG kit and redid the interior and driver, Nest up paint and numbers, and I might do the "running in the rain" stain job on the body, dont know about that yet? :D Hope yall like it.ImageImage

Ahhhhh thats nice Bob.
A very significant car being deservedly restored and upgraded.
Good choice, looking forward to your progress.

I have one of those with the working headlights. Yours looks great with those wheels on it. Looking forward to seeing the paint job.

Harry is correct.the wheels came off of a hacked up roadster version of the 300 shown. They really are nice wheels for mass produced parts.
