Anyone make custom one off decals ?

Probably a long shot or too expensive but I'm wondering if any of you guys can make me a set of decals to replicate my old 1-1 scale Nascar Late Model. I have an appropriate late 90s Monte Carlo body but no source for decals. Have lots of pics of the car from all angles. Here's a sample.

Anyone else ? Dave's Decals is saying something about problems with printing Red decals to go over a Yellow base and just wants to sell me some ready made generic sponsor decals. I can get those anywhere. I'm looking for someone to duplicate the exact sponsors I have on my car. Thanks

what scale are you trying to replicate?
What body manufacturer?
are you going to paint the red trim stripes around the wheel openings, and around the rear?
