I'll do more today. What I should do is get a chassis jig. I'm getting burned too much!,gotta stop holding things.
Looking for a set of 1/32 dragster type front wheels and tires if anybody has a stash.

Not sure what others are doing for sourcing theirs - but I plan to use a set from a National Motor Museum 1/32 die cast like the ones shown on the car in this link: http://www.ebay.com/itm/National-Motor- ... 2ee12ffa3e
Figure that is probably the closest I was going to be able to find in a skinny, scale looking wire wheel. :)

Thanks Todd...I was just on ebay looking at those extra hands vise thingies and ceramic soldering boards. Those wheels look the part for sure...I know I've seen finger bikes with nice wheels before. I may check them too.

Thankyou....now that I got goofy and installed 3/32 bushings I gotta find different wheels..not feeling too bright right now.
But otherwise I like the narrower chassis and the little bit of length. My motors are ordered so hopefully I can test it soon....I'd install a mount to fit this motor if I were certain they're the same.

The Lightning II is a FK130 - which is "similar" - but does not have a plastic endbell like the lower rpm motors from H&R.

Yes it does...I can just make a mount for this and swap out the motor when it comes in. I wanna do wheelies!

Dave....depending on what older drag cars you have....I'll bet one could be narrowed easy enough if it's brass, then set to length for 1/32. Then all you need is to mount the motor and parts.
