I took it as "heavy suggestion" that those with tracks would be "highly encouraged" to host...

In all seriousness though, I would think that those that want to participate, but don't have a track won't be turned away (it is all about having fun after all) :)
BUT - I will let the organizer clarify that one! :D

I know I won't have a car ready but I'd definitely be interested in hosting a round or two on my 'Catalunya' circuit. If there was someone out there that wanted to enter a car but could not host couldn't they use my track, by proxy, to get their car in???
I say a round or two b/c I can run one round in the forward CW direction and another in the CCW 'reverse' direction (which technically would let 2 people enter cars even if they don't have access to a track!) Because of the time involved I would run these on back to back weekends instead of one marathon weekend.
