Matt (changing_gearz) ran his Shadow at my track last Thursday night. It ran very well, but he still had some things that he wanted to do to it. Hopefully, he'll get it to you before the shakedown this week.

Glad to see mine arrived. I did not have a scale, so I'm interested in how the weight compares to others. Felt like mine is a little heavy to run stock orange bell but we'll see.

Actually, I am still hunting for where my inserts that I set aside disappeared to - so while she isn't "officially" here, she is up on jack stands in the garage getting ready for the shake down day. :)

Looking forward to putting some initial laps on these great looking cars guys! This should be a blast!
Working on coordinating driver availability to set up a weekend run of the field so that Mike (Z-carfan) can be part of the action as well!

Unfortunately, in the rush to get to the track after work yesterday early enough to give the field a good shake down before the regular scheduled Wednesday evening series racing started - it, a box of goodies I had intended to pass on to a fellow racer and my shopping list for the parts department at the track were all left at the house. :(
The good thing is - yesterday was just shake down - not qualifying. :)

Yeah - I haven't had an opportunity to turn a lap with mine yet - so it would have definitely been good to get it up there - but loosing an hour and a half + to go get it once I realized it wasn't in the vehicle wasn't in the cards. :(

I think your thoughts about smooth and reliable is a good one! I think mine might be a bit over motored at the moment, which is part of what I wanted to test out before jumping right into the mix with it, but worst case, she will hit the track for the first time just prior to our planned qualifying event next week. :)

In PM-ing Z-carfan - it looks like we have the racing action nailed for Sunday the 13th so that he can make the trip from the opposite side of the state over to be part of the fun! In the mean time, I will be working on getting pictures, weights, etc of all the cars to share with the group.
