That is an outstanding looking ford. Really nice job on it. Now, if you had done 97 on it you could have been Ron Hornaday Sr. He ran a maroon 57 ford at Saugus Speedway and the NASCAR races at Riverside.

I'm considering entering but have a question. Is the actual windshield glass required or just the frame? The only body I have does not have glass and could not be easily made due to compound curves.

If you can cut a piece of clear plastic and just cover the largest area that will be fine. I know some older kits came without glass.

I'm a little paranoid after the near disaster of the Porsche 356 Proxy, when my car fell and was smashed a few days before deadline, so I went after my long tail Plymouth today, and I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. It may not be a barn burner, but it will get some attention, I predict. Decaling tomorrow.
