Aston DBR is done!

Got a little done on some projects this weekend, Aston DBR1 From Chris,and a Triumph TR3.
was in the low thirty's , so it was indoor work for me! Still plenty to do, but they are a little further along.

Thanks all! I am pretty happy with both of them so far, and to answer a few questions. They will both have brass chassis, Very simple designs as these will both be powered by MT-1 or equivalent. The DBR Is a fantasy livery, mostly because I only had a few numbers left till I print out some more.

My DBR Is running! and almost finished, Lacks the exhaust pipe outlet and finish the decal setting for the body seems.
Resin body by Chris
PSC Adjustable chassis
Hawk motor
Racer wires and tires
slot it 9/28 gears and axles
Paint is a mix of dark greens that I had.
Homemade Decals and meatballs/
Darn good runner! maybe slightly over powered for my track,but easily fixed!

That looks fantastic! Great detailing. I've seen $2-300 RTR resin cars from Europe that aren't nearly as nice as that looks.

And aren't those Racer wheels and tires great? I used them on a Penelope Pitlane Devin SS, and that car sticks like glue to Sport track. They are a little fragile though. I pushed an axle straight through the spokes on mine. :doh:
