New Trans Am car in the house

I've been wanting this one for a long time.. I met the guy that owns the real one at Lime Rock a couple years ago and
really liked the look of the car. I searched for good decals to make my own but nobody had a somewhat accurate set.
When I saw that Jules was going to do this particular car I was optimistic it would someday hit the shelves, and lo and
behold in finally did. I picked it up from BRS hobbies using the gift certificate I won in the photo contest.. It looks
even better in person. Say what you want about Pioneers delays and what-not but one thing is for sure, the end
results are really beautiful looking cars..

I really like the #96 Camaro. The yellow on this car has more 'pop' than on the restored version running in the Historic Trans Am series.


Some purists might object, but your version interests me more than I thought a replica of this car would. I'll also likely add either the #7 or #44 Camaros to my stable too, to round out the field that originally was made up of mostly Pioneer Mustangs.

Film does fun things to colours. It is inclined to intensify colours when fresh. But as film ages the colours degrade rapidly. And each brand of film behaves differently.
